Core Responsibilities :
- Assist the global sales team focusing mainly on CRM governance, performance management and supporting smooth implementation on Premier sales methodology selling.
- Strong understanding of various statistical techniques like, regression including logistic and OLS, clustering, optimization, classification and forecasting techniques.
- Experience in machine learning techniques is a strong plus point.
- Lead and supervise predictive and descriptive analytics based solutions for CRM, Customer Segmentation,
- Statistical Models across customer Lifecycle, Attrition / Cross-Sell / Upsell Propensity Models, and Customer Lifetime Value.
- Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis/Predictive modeling.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the head of global sales to assess support requirements on different premier sales pillars
- Uninterrupted delivery of Standard reports and ensure data quality is maintained at all times
- Ensure change in process are timely communicated, relevant training are provided to frontline and executed in a timely manner
- Documenting Sales guidelines and QRG's in coordination with regional performance managers and head of sales
- Support the annual budgeting process
- Constantly seeking improvement and encouraged others to do the same
- Develop and maintain effective relationship with stakeholders and support departments

Position Specifications: The minimum education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities required to perform the position. For Example, Education and Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounts, Finance, Statistics or Engineering.
- 3 years- experience in data science and 3 years- experience in Sales management
- Experience in the commercial analytical environment, preferably with large data.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have expert level capabilities in Excel, and intermediate Power point presentation skills
- Innovative mindset.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
- Should be able to synthesize process and business logic into application level or programs.
