- Driving and implementing Regional Performance and compensation review cycle
- Structuring compensation and benefits packages and measure their success. Review policies, benefits compliances, procedures and programs in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives, market, budgets and HR vision
- Market awareness, Benchmarking compensation and relationship with Survey agencies
- Consulting with business leaders and HR partners on compensation decisions and strategy. Working relationship with global HR counterparts and CnB leads
- Build pay ranges and advise on leadership offers. Support recruiters with compensation on offers
- Advanced HR Analytics on all people matrices and new or existing compensation programs
- Job evaluations, levelling and career framework
- Special HR projects - e.g. MnA, Business integration, transformation, budgeting, accruals and designing organization structure.
- Educate, advice and train HR staff on processes and professional practices within these areas
- monitoring and liaising with the payroll and system interface to ensure data quality, integrity, security, confidentiality and compliance
- Knowledge of global mobility, expat programs and Long term incentives.
What we are looking for :
MBA HR from Tier I/ II HR institutes
- 8 years of relevant experience in compensation analyst/consultant role
- Fairness, Curiosity and passion is a must
- Strong business knowledge and be a trusted advisor for HR business partners, business leaders and global counterparts
- Strong analytical skills, mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, Making informed decisions based on data and statistics
- Working knowledge of SAP or any HRIS Systems
- Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
- Deep subject matter expertise in one or more of the following compensation disciplines - salary and incentive plan design and administration, international compensation, equity compensation, executive pay.
