Job Overview (Purpose and Summary)
The incumbent would support the reporting & analyses for the Global HR function in Maersk. It is expected that he/she would participate in understanding the requirements of the HR stakeholders, develop the reports or analysis, validate the quality and then produce it on a regular basis. Once stabilized, the incumbent is expected to work on automating the task and have regular reviews with the stakeholders to ensure quality outputs within SLA as also to identify opportunities for the next level of analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Be able to understand and navigate data sources, extract raw data and support deep dive analysis for HR stakeholders
- Develop or Transition reports, analyses, and projects for global stakeholders effectively and efficiently
- Ability to manage discussions and periodic touch points with stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple requests and tasks in parallel with effective Stakeholder management
- Contributes to data extraction from source systems, generation of business insights and inferences using appropriate techniques or technologies
- Maintain SOP and IOPs accurate and updated for all planned delivery
- Collaborates, communicates, and educates team members to improve general understanding of HR reporting and analytics
- Make intelligent tradeoffs between information available and provide innovative solutions even in situations where all the desired data may or may not be available
- Demonstrates skills including: communicates authentically; strong business acumen; takes accountability for driving excellent results
- Ability to manage complex projects of 8 weeks to 16 weeks duration

Desired Skills and Relevant Experience:
- Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or similar quantitative discipline from Tier 1 Institutes
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with Management Consulting or Analytics Services organizations in either of the following areas:
- HR Consulting
- Customer Analytics / Marketing Analytics / Finance Analytics / HR Analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and data presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and good communication skills
- Superior problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Data collation, interpretation & analysis, visualization and communication knowledge
- Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience on SQL and MS Office
