Business Relationship Management - Enabler ( BRM Enabler)

Job Purpose :

The position exists in order to :

- Be the enabler for the BRM activities for 2 BRMs

- Support the Cluster and GSC teams to address cross-functional/cross process issues and continuous improvement.

- Provide analysis, insights for informed decisions to the BRM lead/cluster

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for all tasks enabling engagements across functions.

- Set up engagement calls in line with the operating system and follow up on actions of the same

- Responsible for content delivery for the engagement

- Monitor Cluster GSC performance measures and ensure regular review.

- Support the Cluster and GSC teams to address cross-functional/cross process issues and continuous improvement

- Act as a backup for BRM Account Managers

- Logistics when F2F meetings are scheduled in the GSC

- Administrative support like setting up meetings, etc

Required experience & skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to support multiple activities

- Proactive problem solving ability with analytical thought process

- Project Management experience with proven ability to facilitate across functional/process teams

- Sound understanding on the operational and commercial Liner business and processes

- Ability to influence without formal authority

- Change management skills

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Experience with managing customer facing activities and processes

- Commercial experience preferred
