Key Responsibilities:

The Process Architect works to develop and maintain a - systemic- and - people agnostic- understanding of Maersk Group's end to end business . It includes developing, maintaining and governing current state & future state landscape of our end to end business processes using a variety of tools and techniques. Use this to understand the end to end - flow- and how value is created across the business including end to end process flows; dependencies and relationships between processes; how they work together to create value/outcomes; and how processes use our other resources/assets to create value/outcomes etc.

- Responsible for developing and mainitaining and end to end business process landscape

- Responsible for taking a value/outcome driven approach to process architecture and connect process flow with customer outcomes and business value

- Engage with Business Process Owners to develop, socialize and align the business process landscape

- Support key projects through end to end process architecture, outcome/value mapping, process flow mapping, business analysis, process governance, process standardization and process automation

- Develop the team around key capabilities including End to end understating of our business, System thinking, Design thinking, Business Process Architecture, Process Automation, Business analysis, Process modelling tools/repository etc.

- Understands process performance indicators and tie them to the business strategy to optimize the whole. Understands how measurement drives human behavior.

- Work in dynamic environment with competing priorities on Business Change projects

Who we are looking for:

- Degree holders (Preferably Engineering) plus Post Graduates in Management with 10-14 years of experience in ITES / Logistics environment.

- Atleast 3 years of Process Architecture/Design experience in an an enterprise environment

- Business Problem Solver

- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn nuances of Transport & Logistics business

- Atleast 5 years of modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques

- Exposure to Digitization, Intelligent Process Automation, RPA etc

- Global / Cultural adaptability and ability to drive Change

- Ability to think out of the box and challenge current thinking on business processes

- Ability to think strategically and act tactically

- Strong Facilitation & Communication Skills

- Exposure to shipping/marine industry is a plus; but not required

- Exposure to RPA tools is a plus; but not required

- 2+ years consulting industry experience is a plus; but not required
