Business Process Support Analyst - Requisition to Pay
Key Responsibility :
- Support the Super User's with process related issues and questions.
- Identify immediate process or procedural changes that improve overall process performance.
- Monitor Interfaces (reports and scripts).
- Analyze the impact of change whether business- or IT-triggered, ensuring that the system and business processes continue to meet the business needs.
- Drive continuous improvements in people, process and technology. Assist super users in the use and understanding of FACT/Kewill business processes and data interpretation.
- Update SOP / Process manual documentation, ensuring that all procedures documented (The Global Blueprint) are timely updated to reflect changes and modifications caused by the upgrade.
- Identify Training scope during the upgrade process, including documentation of required changes to the existing training material and preparation of additional training material to ensure a smooth end-user transition experience.
- Perform Sandbox / Development testing including unit testing, clarifications on required business input, assessing BPP documentation, identify Unit tests scope based on critical and usage, identify redundant transactions.
- Perform SIT including definition of scope for SIT based on existing Integration Scripts modification and preparation of test cases and tests sets, preparation of data sheets for test execution, SIT execution, re-testing of TPR's.
- Perform UAT including definition of scope for UAT, modification and preparation of test cases and test sets, preparation of data sheets for test execution, coordinate business users for participating in UAT, UAT execution, re-testing of TPR's.
Facilitate UAT approval from Business.
- Act as business representative by ongoing assessment and consideration of potential real and perceived business impact, keeping relevant business stakeholders updated on the upgrade.
Skills Required :
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Language skills: Fluent English (mandatory )
- Excellent skills in Damco Kewill / FACT, OTC/RTP/ATR/MD processes
- Damco business knowledge in all products
- Should be persistent and have a sense of urgency
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Develop understanding on change impacts and adjust processes, controls, resources and risk management in response to change
- Willing to act in a changing organisation.
- Understand and supports the overall Container Business strategies
- Be innovative and open minded
