Maersk - Business Development Manager

Job Overview/Purpose of the position :

To support the structured growth of our dynamic organization, we are looking for a Development Manager who will drive the As a Development Manager you will report to the Head of GBU - Service Lines and interact with stakeholders on all levels of Key Responsibilities

The role is heavy on coordination across various stakeholders, colleagues and other project teams in as this role is crucial in enabling the Project Managers to move ahead.

Your key responsibilities would be among others :

- Liaise with Head of GBU - Service Lines in defining and maintaining pipeline for new offshoring opportunities

Conduct strategic opportunity assessments vis-a-vis new business and assess offshore-ability of tasks and feasibility

Manage and oversee migrations as per GSC migration framework, including Project Management, staffing, work

Ensure consistent and stable performance levels during migration phase in line with defined targets during migration.

- Design and establish end-2-end performance measures in collaboration with Business partners.

- Assist APM Terminals, Maersk Drilling, Oil, Supply Services, Tankers and Svitzer in development and execution o Drive and sustain a positive engagement with APM Terminals, Maersk Drilling, Oil, Supply Services, Tankers and Success Measures

- FTE Growth (Nos)

- Opportunity assessments /Migrations concluded against agreed timelines

- Hyper Care Exit Survey Results

- Completion of migrations as per migration methodology

About You :

Position Specifications :

Your are required to have the following qualification:

- University Graduate in Maritime related field.

- Experience in Maritime industry (Onshore and/or offshore).

- 6-10 years of experience in Service Delivery, Business Development, Transition.

- Excellent Presentation skills
