Hiring a Dy .CEO for our Multi-Specialty Corporate Hospital in Pune:
MAEER's Trust in Pune is looking for a Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Dy. CEO) for a premier upcoming multi-specialty hospital-based out in the heart of Pune City with an objective of bringing revolutionary healthcare practices in hospital operations. Our proposed (Dy. CEO) should be able to work closely with CEO and other senior managers to ensure relevant and timely progress is achieved
- No. of bedded hospital- 180 Bedded Hospital
- No. of vacancies : 1 vacancy
- Minimum qualification required - Graduation/Post Graduation in a Medical Field & MBA/PGDHM/PGCHM or any Management course from a recognized organisation
- Minimum years of experience - 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar or larger Medical organisation
- Work profile- To be able to handle tie-ups with insurance companies, smooth functioning of the depts. and able to handle any grievances from employees or patients.
. The Dy. CEO is expected to oversee the compliance of state government healthcare norms, NABH specifications, Clinical Establishment Act, FSSAI License, and other mandatory license norms to relay compliance measures to the board of directors.
. Working with other senior managers, he/she will be responsible for setting and following standards for excellence in operations and implementing policies and procedures.
- Based on his experience and exposure, he is expected to bring in the modern state-of-the-art technology and health care equipment and systems to integrate with unit operations.
. The role includes overseeing the hospital's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing to maintain the financial goals.
- Create and advise new avenues of healthcare offers, suggest strategic moves, explore new areas of services to the Board of Directors for New Business Development.
