Hiring a CEO for our Multi-Specialty Corporate Hospital in Pune:
MAEER's Trust in Pune is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a premier upcoming multi-specialty hospital-based out in the heart of Pune City with an objective of bringing revolutionary healthcare practices in hospital operations. Our proposed CEO is expected to spearhead the establishment of the unit from inception and lead the operation to achieve Trust-defined patient-centered care and value-based reimbursement and stay profitable.
- No. of bedded hospital- 180 Bedded Hospital

Minimum Qualification:-
- A Doctor of Medicine in any discipline with at least 15 plus years of experience in a reputed corporate hospital/health care service unit with at least 5 years in a senior management level. Already working in the role of a CEO of a Multi-Specialty hospital is highly preferred.
- Other preferred Academic Credentials include an MBA in Healthcare or Operations/ Master in Healthcare Management definitely adds to the credit for the aspirant.
- Key competencies include Change Management, developing people, relationship building, domain expertise, and outcome orientation.
- Minimum years of experience - 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar or larger Medical organization.
- Roles & Responsibilities:-
- The CEO is expected to oversee the compliance of state government healthcare norms, NABH specifications, Clinical Establishment Act, FSSAI License, and other mandatory license norms to relay compliance measures to the board of directors.
- The CEO must oversee the Human Resources Department in their duties of hiring and retaining staff, and making sure they have the necessary education, credentials, and experience.
- Working with other senior managers, he/she will be responsible for setting and following standards for excellence in operations and implementing policies and procedures.
- Based on his experience and exposure, he is expected to bring in the modern state-of-the-art technology and health care equipment and systems to integrate with unit operations.
- The role includes overseeing the hospital's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing to maintain the financial goals.
- The CEO will be responsible for networking with insurance service providers, clinical systems, local healthcare units, other allied medical care services to broaden the avenues of fiscal
- The responsibility also extends to creating a robust Brand building plan to give the cutting edge of visibility and achieve brand equity to become a preferred destination for every potential healthcare customer.
- Representing the organization in industry-related events or associations that will enhance the CEO's leadership skills, the organization's reputation, and the organization's potential for success.
- Create and advise new avenues of healthcare offers, suggest strategic moves, explore new areas of services to the Board of Directors for New Business Development
