Job Title: AGM / Manager Legal

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5-10 years

Job Description :

- Experience in Corporate Legal Management. Having worked in Infrastructure Projects / Construction Companies

- Thorough knowledge in all Court cases / DRT cases/ NCLT/ Arbitration matters

- Filing of civil cases like injunctions, suits and specific performances cases etc. relating to Contracts/Agreements

- Study of Contract Agreement and contractual communications; and identify areas of disputes

- Drafting and vetting of Deeds, Agreements relating to various verticals namely Transportation, Mining, Building, Irrigation and Water Resources , Production and Equipment.

- Coordinate with Advocates and various courts with regard to company petitions, civil matters, insurance matters, recovery of claims court matters, writs etc.

- Drafting of Plaints, WST (Written Statements), petitions, Arbitration petitions, statement of defense counters, etc., including appeals

- Attend Arbitration & Court Cases and legal proceedings.
