Roles And Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.

- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that accounts are healthy and growing.

- Maintain up-to-date records to track activities and client interactions.

- Prepare and deliver client presentations, business reviews, and status updates to management.

- Meet sales goals, deadlines, and reporting requirements in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Required Qualification MBA/ B.E/ B. Tech into related Filed.

- 5-10 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a focus on client mining, acquisition, and reporting.

- Strong understanding of MIS reporting and the ability to create and analyse reports to inform business decisions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address client business needs.
