Marketing, Communications and Public relations:
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance MADE EASY image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and, all organization material including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth.
- Lead the marketing strategy with detailed action-plan, branding activities, BTL activities, Internal marketing & brand Communication for all MADE EASY schools across Delhi and Gurugram.
- Ensure articulation of MADE EASY desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of the publications.
- Collaborate & co-create designs for marketing materials, conceptualize, plan and execute various promotional events such as camps, workshops, open days, exhibitions, activations etc.
- Manage the marketing event budgets effectively, to ensure delivery of all aspects of the required plan, within budget. This includes extensive and accurate ongoing reporting on all relevant budget items vs actual spends.
- Timely updates on the website.
- To get the news covered in the print, online and Electronic media.
- To plan and execute the content to be put on various social media channels
- Liaison with external agencies and vendors for operational aspects.
- Generating new admissions by preparing marketing strategies & implementing them
- Planning marketing strategies in terms of advertising plan, event planning & publicizing in coordination with the Reporting officer.
- Ensure smooth planning and implementation of promotional events.
- Organize local promotion activities; print and distribution of promotional material, advertisement in local newspaper / media etc. Negotiate and expedite the best options in the print and outdoor media.
- Lead the marketing strategy with detailed action-plan, branding activities, BTL activities, Internal marketing & brand Communication.
- Overall in-charge to initiate and implement after school activities.
Planning and Budgeting :
- Manage the marketing event budgets effectively, to ensure delivery of all aspects of the required plan, within budget. Plan, allocate and monitor the use of resources and revenues.
- Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/public relations program and its activities; monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
- Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/communications/public relations function.
Website and Facebook - Regularly updating Facebook and Website with the latest posts and Photographs to keep the audience engaged and updated
Skills/ Behavior :
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
- Eagerness to explore and grow in the field of PR/marketing
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
