JOB ROLE :

- Identify new emerging business opportunities in the Influencer Marketing space.

- Partnering with top media agencies in the West region and bringing business to the company, for Influencer marketing solutions.

- Pitching MAD Influence as an overall 360 degree influencer marketing agency to Brands and generating revenue.

- Develop and foster relationships with partner teams, serving as the Influencer expert and providing strategic counsel on the program overall.

- Responsible for generating Revenues for West market, Branded Content Solutions, Influencer Marketing Campaigns.

- Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on influencer partnership results to better evaluate partnerships and strategy.

- Market penetration and competition analysis.

Working closely on the substantial growth and bringing more interesting offerings.

REQUIREMENT :

- A Digital Media and Influencer Marketing expert with 4+ years of experience.

- A thorough professional with a methodical, practical & solution oriented business approach.

- A visionary who can set up processes to sustain and subsequently grow the business.

- Prior experience and a strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role.

- A person who can successfully build, scale and lead high performing sales teams.

- Team-player that thrives in helping others succeed.

- Strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.
