MACT - Legal Manager - Insurance
1) Quality check on handling and management of litigation pertaining to Motor accident claims
2) Assessment and approval of Motor accident within set standards and time limits
3) Adherence to internal processes and external regulations
4) Ensure effective implementation of processes set by the company and department
5) Co-ordinate with internal legal team and other customers in order to facilitate effective handling of claims and share the court precedents for them to deal with the claims
6) Periodic audits of claim files and processes.
7) Training to the team and internal customers on legal developments and enactments
8) Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts and other regulatory and administrative bodies
9) Guiding regional team on actionables to contest and reduce the litigation
