Job Profile: Business Development & Marketing

Grade : Mid to Senior Level

Location: SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE

Sales Region: Middle East & North Africa (MENA)

Your Responsibilities:

- Establishing & Maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full services offering and along to provide a solution, ensuring positive customer experience throughout the sales process and building long term customer commitment in complex business

- Preparing Product Presentation & presenting in front of clients during visit or Teams meeting

- Active Sales Lead Generation

- New Product finding

- New Initiative to grow business

- Negotiating contract conditions commercial, financial and legal terms

- Taking ownership of customer cases to ensure efficient customer issue resolution

- Creating significant business opportunities based on analysis and understanding customers and relevant competitors market strategies and suggest solution to meet changing needs

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required:

- A bachelor's degree in any Engineering field is mandatory

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales / Business Development / Marketing of high engineering products (Experience of Gulf Countries preferred) Total Exps 5-12 years of Experience

- Proficiency in both spoken & written English Language is required.

- Flexibility to travel within MENA Region

- Extensive traveling
