Level: Manager/Senior Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to: Finance & Operations Director

Specific Responsibilities:

- This role works very closely with all the business functions and helps achieving business visibility, efficiency and mitigates risks. There is an active involvement in all IT related projects. He/ she should play an integral role to liaise between the technical team and the business team. Typically there is a project manager’s responsibility which is being expected from this person.

KRAs:

- Drive the Change & Release Management discipline in Business Application

- SAP Licenses Management

- Streamlining business processes and aligning with SAP

- Ensure effective utilization of SAP & CRM

- Identify business risk and its implications

- IT budget monitoring, governance

- Presentation on key initiatives, project status

- Respond to adhoc queries from business functions by providing solutions

- Ensure data integrity

The Person

- Experience in working as Functional Consultant

- Handled SAP, CRM applications from a business requirement angle

- Exposure to all SAP Modules like SD, MM, FICO

- Articulate in expressing a business case and proposing a solution

- Capability to manage multiple projects and handling vendors

- Good communication skills & thought process

- Working knowledge in MS Office suit, Visio, Project
