Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to help them achieve their full potential.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.

- Set clear sales targets and ensure your team consistently meets and exceeds them.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Understand client needs and identify the right property solutions.

- Negotiate win-win deals and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Business Development & Sales Execution:

- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about real estate trends and competitor activities.

- Efficiently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a real estate sales management role.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry in Bengaluru (a plus).

- Passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to client satisfaction
