Level A3 in M&A tax - Law Firm

Requirement - Lawyer or a Chartered Accountant

Role :

1. Experience and knowledge of M&A Tax

2. Handling in several multinational enterprises/PE funds on tax efficient M&A / fund structures, inbound and outbound investment, interpretation and application of tax treaty provisions along with MLI, tax optimization strategies, and assistance in tax litigation matters.

3. Experience and knowledge of International Tax Advisory

4. Any experience with GIFT City advisory and estate planning will be an added advantage.
