Urgent Opening for M&A tax with Big4 - Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Conduct the engagement in a professional manner and in accordance with client and PM's expectations and in accordance with the tax and regulatory issues

- Support PM on assignments relating to transnational structuring/amalgamation/merger/de-merger conceptualization and implementation to clients across sectors

- Support team with business development activities

- Delivering high quality client work in light of changing regulatory environment

- Maintain objectivity and act with integrity at all times. Be transparent with colleagues and clients to deliver exceptional client service

- Ensure effective utilization across projects for self

- Proactively engage to understand work requirements, budgets, deadlines, past milestones, risk areas and previous client experiences before starting an engagement.

- Continually strive to understand the economic environment in which the business operates and provide excellent client service.

- Broaden skill set by investing in technology/digitalization

- Awareness about internal & external regulatory / independence requirements and strict compliance to the same.

- Willingness to contribute to the firm's community / CSR related initiatives.

- Fulfill the firm's objective of being a trusted business advisor by communicating with the clients effectively and inculcating the firm's core values in day to day business operations.

- To facilitate effective account management across various streams of activities including: client/stakeholder relationship management, quality deliverable and strong client feedback

- Important to have a strong analytical bent of mind and to update on tax laws and related technical aspects
