Role Description -
Lead & support business evaluation/opportunity and identify long term initiatives - Actively identify and develop point of views in areas of Strategic significance.
- Drive organization view/thinking in areas that impact multiple industries and services - Engage with external ecosystem groups such as start-up ecosystem, analysts, advisors and expert bodies to bring in an outside view to our strategy and business.
- Engage closely with business units with the objective of understanding their strategy/growth charter & supporting the same through the CSO office in terms of analysis, intelligence/information and project/initiative execution Job
Requirement
- BE/B-Tech and MBA (top tier business school) with experience of 5-7 years in IT/related sectors. Consistently rated as a high performer in previous roles
Experience in sales/delivery in Consulting is preferred.
- Strong understanding & expertise in Technology.
- Exposure to technology products/services and product management will be preferred.
- Ability to understand and apply technology to solve business problems.
- Strong eye for business with sound understanding of finance. Ability to read, interpret and analyze financial statements
- Excellence in strategic orientation and analytical problem solving.
- Passionate about Strategy. Needs to be dedicated and a risk taker.
- Collaborative worker with strong analytical skills. - Should have ability to sift through information/data, assimilate, analyze and build a point of view.
- Polished oral, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to confidently build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Self-guided attitude- Ability to succeed in a professional environment where goals & objectives may not always be well-defined. Qualified candidates will understand how to produce results when working in challenging & ambiguous environments and/or new business areas.
