Job Description - The job involves identifying possible acquisition targets and evaluating the same. It would also include the entire process of closing the deal once the potential target has been approved to be acquired by the company.

Our client is a leader in Technology with a presence in over 40+ countries across the globe.

Description:

- Identifying & evaluating potential targets that can be acquired.

- Formulating and presenting detailed analysis of the potential acquisition targets to the senior management.

- Understanding business models and identifying key drivers of value.

- Preparing valuation models and assessing the effects of taxation in M&A transitions.

- The role will include dealing with bankers, diligence related accountants and tax consultants.

- Understanding and hands-on experience in dealing with SPA /term /deal sheet.

- Maintaining the statutory compliance required in M&A transactions.

Profile :

- A successful candidate should be a CA or MBA with post qualification of experience 3 to 7 years who would have ideally worked experience of M&A (Buy side) as well as some exposure to FP&A/Business Finance in a corporate setting.

- The candidate should have significant involvement in at least 2 successful transactions that went to the SPA negotiation stage/Term Sheet stage.
