M&A Research Professional - US Markets - KPO

Must have:

- Understanding of M&A, especially US M&A market. Advanced knowledge of secondary research techniques

- Demonstrates working experience of third-party databases, including M&A (MergerMarket, Thomson Reuters SDC Platinum, Thomson One, and S&P Capital IQ), company, and industry specific (Factiva, Hoovers, OneSource, and IBIS) for data and literature

- Identifies patterns in research, trends, and drivers; Adept at summarizing the findings into broad components of a story and creating a skeletal storyboard/outline using the MINTO Pyramid principle.

- Creates client ready summary tables, pivot charts & graphs for reporting the findings in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

- Working experience on financial and quantitative analysis (basic to intermediate)

- Understanding of visualization software Tableau and quantitative analysis tool R

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
