A leading services sector client of AIMS India Search is conducting a talent search for an M&A Lawyer with extensive experience of legal advisory in transactions, restructuring, M&A deals, JV matters, corporate law etc.

- The incumbent should be an LLB by qualification and should have min ten years of experience and based in Mumbai (a local candidate is preferred).

- Experience of working with law firms, investment banking firms or PE firms is required.
