The Group is a successful Financial Conglomerate having interest in Hospital/Healthcare besides other sectors. The hospitals have the best practices and is a leading brand in the Eastern Sector.

We are seeking an experienced M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) Expert specializing in the healthcare sector, particularly hospitals.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of M&A processes, with a focus on healthcare industry regulations, trends, and best practices.

This role will involve guiding and facilitating M&A transactions within the hospital sector, ensuring seamless transitions and successful integration of acquired entities.

Responsibilities:

-M&A Strategy Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop M&A strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities in the hospital sector.

-Due Diligence: Lead or support due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, assessing financial, legal, operational, and regulatory aspects to identify risks and opportunities.

-Valuation Analysis: Conduct comprehensive valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and other relevant methods to determine the appropriate valuation for target hospitals.

-Deal Structuring and Negotiation: Work closely with legal and financial teams to structure M&A deals, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure favourable outcomes for the organization.

-Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends to ensure M&A activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

-Integration Planning: Develop integration plans for acquired hospitals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize resources, and achieve synergy goals.

-Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key decision-makers throughout the M&A lifecycle.

-Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with M&A transactions, proactively addressing challenges and implementing contingency plans as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

- Proven track record of at least 7 - 12 years in M&A advisory roles, with a focus on healthcare/hospital sector.

- In-depth understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including reimbursement models, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscape.

- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify opportunities, and drive successful M&A outcomes.

- Certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) and/or membership in relevant professional associations is a plus.
