We are looking for a Head of Marketing . In this role you will get a chance to lead our marketing team, drive acquisition growth, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategies that deliver strong customer engagement and sales growth. fan bases across the world. This is a key role which involves a constant supply to deliver the music catalogs to various platforms in an efficient and timely manner.

What You'll Do:
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead the marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear strategic
direction across campaigns and initiatives.
- Acquisition Growth: Develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies to expand our customer base and improve conversion rates.
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize campaigns across digital channels to maximize ROI, focusing on improving CTR (Click-Through Rate) and engagement metrics.
- Content & Creative Strategy: Oversee content development to ensure alignment with brand messaging and audience preferences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and build strategic partnerships that drive growth and align with brand objectives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated for maximum impact.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of acquisition strategies, digital marketing channels, and performance marketing tactics.
- Expertise in optimizing CTR, conversion rates, and customer retention strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Marketing budgets, financial reports, and accounting specifications.
- A deep understanding of the regional landscape, an established network, talent-spotting and nurturing capabilities, and a proven track record in A&R and/or business development within the music industry.
- A creative and result oriented mindset and should have excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Passion for music tech and a genuine desire to help musicians thrive
