M3M India - Senior Manager/AGM - Finance Strategy - CA

Roles and responsibilities :

- Preparing & Responsible for Finalization of Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Books of Accounts of the company in accordance with IGAAP & IND AS .

- Dealing with all Taxation related matters, responsible for compliance of all Direct & Indirect taxation, co-ordination with consultant for filling, assessments Audits etc.

- Dealing with all external partners which includes JV partner's, Investors, Associates ,regularly updating them for progress of the project ,submitting and presenting all finance related MIS and other required information and regularly in touch with them ,maintaining relations for smooth functioning.

- Preparing all critical Finance MIS for analysis for BOD & Management on monthly basis like profitability ,EBITA, ROCE analysis , Cash Flow Analysis , Receivables & Payables analysis, Sales-Collection Analysis , Trend analysis , Budget & Costing analysis for further decision marking.

- Controlling budgets of the company based on master budget, analyzing, and taking strategic decision to avoid variances and updating regularly to management for future contingency and expected variances.

- Controlling whole internal control system related to finance for compliance, CAPEX- OPEX bifurcation, and compliance of all RERA & other Regulatory laws and regulations.

- Involve in Business modeling for new deals to optimize tax burden and increasing profitability.

- Leading for RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Bill) & GST Implementation and imparting knowledge across region.

Skills and qualifications:

- Consultative approach and communication

- Ability to think critically and analytically

- Ability to lead, motivate and influence stakeholders

- Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities

- Post-graduate degree preferred (i.e. Masters/MBA in Finance/Financial Management)

- Chartered Accountant (mandatory)

- 7-10 years of experience post CA
