We are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist who will be responsible for building our Employer Brand and drive our Recruitment Marketing. You will be responsible for producing and distributing engaging content across social media platforms to increase the visibility of M2P as an organization and employer of choice. You will ensure we attract and hire high-potential employees and build a strong employer brand among colleges and tech communities. We are looking for exceptional individuals who can use marketing concepts in the context of Hiring. What you will do: - Build M2P's brand and strengthen the position as an employer in the Talent market. - Evaluate and launch new and emerging tools & channels to drive campaigns for early attraction, engagement, and retention of talent. - Execute recruitment marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies (e.g. timed social media postings, segmentation driven visuals). - Build Employee Value Proposition. - Drive Employee advocacy programs. - Do a detailed market research and data mining, develop relevant materials and information using resources such as LinkedIn or Social media pertaining to prospective candidates. - Collaborate with Business, Marketing and communication & Talent Acquisition leaders on employee branding, campaigns, programs, and events. - Report out progress against success measures/ ROI of TA marketing efforts suggesting insights and drive strategic or continuous improvement actions. What you need to have: - Strong understanding and experience of recruitment strategies, process, and hiring channels. - Good Presentation and Communication Skills - Strong understanding of employer branding, experience in multifaceted brand development and brand management. - Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders - track record of success working on a team to drive project completion. - Quantitative background with high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. - Proven ability to develop and execute candidate/customer experience improvements. - A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
