Job Title: CRM & Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Manager.

We're looking for a highly skilled CRM & SFMC Manager to drive audience engagement and activation.

This role will be pivotal in executing localized CRM strategies, optimizing customer journeys, and ensuring data-driven decision-making through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop and execute a robust CRM strategy using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including email and mobile campaigns.

- Build and optimize audience segmentation, ensuring hyper-targeted communication.

- Design and implement customer journeys and automated workflows within SFMC.

- Create high-quality email templates and campaign assets in collaboration with content teams.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis and insights reporting to refine strategy and maximize engagement.

- Ensure seamless integration of lead generation and subscriber acquisition with SFMC.

- Maintain real-time performance tracking and reporting, ensuring quick resolutions to any CRM or lead generation issues.

What We're Looking For:.

- 3-5+ years experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing roles.

- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) - including journey building, automation, and analytics.

- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and personalization strategies.

- Experience in lead generation campaigns and subscriber management.

- Ability to analyze customer behaviors and trends, translating them into high-impact CRM strategies.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

- Previous experience in the beverage, hospitality, or FMCG industries is a plus.
