Luxury Sales Role - Wealth Management - Deep-Tech Startup/Clean Air
Job Description
- Promote HIVE product in the HNI and B2B segments in India
- Partner with pre-sales executives as well as individually Identify and target HNIs and UHNWIs through market research, networking, and leveraging existing connections.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients, providing personalized consultation and demonstrating how our products can meet their specific needs and preferences.
- Conduct in-depth consultations and product demonstrations, addressing client concerns and objections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales materials, presentations, and campaigns tailored to the clientele.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to guide clients through the decision-making process, overcome objections, and close sales transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress, providing regular reports and updates to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position our products and maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your professional network and generate new sales leads.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company
Skill Requirements:
- Previous experience in Insurance Sales or Luxury Product Sales.
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in selling high-value products or services to affluent clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-value clients.
- Past relationships with customers/clients served
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
