The Business Development is responsible for sales and business development activities, Identifying potential alliances/brands, preparing proposals, negotiating offers and closing partnerships in key craters like premium retail brands, hotels, restaurants and other premium service providers
Job Functions
- Strong Business Developer who can open up doors and get promotional tie ups done quickly with related prospects in the premium retail business.
- Identifying potential suppliers/brands, preparing proposals, negotiating offers and closing partnerships.
- Design and develop a sales pitch detailing the USP and key features of the product offering
- Managing efficiently client pipelines, entire sales process including cold calling, prospecting, telemarketing and networking.
- Managing and sourcing alliances with luxury brands across all categories of lifestyle like retail, dining, hotels, travel etc .
Required Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent Experience in Sales & Business Development in Premium category.
- 1-3 years prior work experience in Merchant Sales, Retail, and FMCG sales with a good understanding of Premium segment. Demonstrated results in meeting Sales targets and Business Development goals
- Should be self driven and have Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal & write communications skills with fluency in English
- Key understanding of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs with the ability to work independently in meeting sales targets.
