Lead projects with leading retail and services clients (Premium Retail, Auto, Hospitality & Services etc) in India. Core responsibilities will include:
- In Depth understanding and experience of Indian premium retail and services market
- Customer segmentation analysis and leveraging customer insights to drive engagement, distribution strategy as well as influencing online and digital customer experience
- Potential to identify business development opportunities and translate these into a relevant concept development for clients.
- Marketing Strategy and customer engagement strategy development for Clients in the premium retail and services industry.
- Ability to interact and signup key luxury brands & service providers for marketing tie ups
- Support of new partnership opportunities like partner contracting, negotiations, implementation and integration etc.
- Key Account Relationship Management - act as first point of contact for key accounts
- Develop and manage the End to End Customer Engagement / experience platforms
- Monitor project expense reports, review for accuracy and completeness and Invoicing of project budgets
- Support the senior management in business development initiatives across a range of clients
Other Duties as assigned:
- 3- 5 Years of relevant experience in premium retail and services segment
- Post Graduate Degree in Business / Marketing / Finance
- Strong presentation skills and Business development, external partner management
- Marketing, Customer engagement and strategic planning experience would be highly valued
- Understanding of business financials and analytical skills; Proven ability to interpret client needs and translate these into strategic solutions
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end consulting project process in a highly disciplined fashion
- High proficiency in MS Office - Strong PowerPoint and Excel Skills
Salary Range: 6 - 8 LPA
