Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Partner with business unit leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the organizations objectives.

2. Provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance and achieve financial targets.

3. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.

4. Develop financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

5. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

6. Build strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored financial support.

7. Act as a trusted advisor, offering financial expertise and strategic guidance to drive business decisions.

8. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and integration of financial and operational plans.

9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

10. Leverage technology and best practices to streamline processes and improve data quality.

Key Competencies:

- Sound knowledge of Finance and Accounting

- Able to work on SAP Platform

- Excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills

- Is Process driven; proactive, committed, and self-motivated; technology-oriented

- Qualification: CA Qualified

- Experience: 7-8Yrs
