LUMIQ is seeking a skilled Sales Operations Specialist with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The individual will be responsible for managing Booking & Billing forecasts across CRM (Zoho) for internal discussions. Other responsibilities include logging of deals in correct stage and progressing them based on inputs from sales in CRM system of our Partners - Cloud Service Providers such as GCP, AWS, Azure. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing sales operations, and familiarity with Zoho / Salesforce or similar CRM.
Responsibilities:
Booking & Billing Management:
- Manage and oversee the Booking & Billing forecast across Zoho and other tools.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entries and reporting.
- Work closely with the finance and sales teams to reconcile any discrepancies and ensure financial integrity.
Cloud Service Provider Logging and Funding:
- Lead logging activities with major Cloud Service Providers such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Manage the funding process with Cloud Service Providers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with Cloud Service Provider representatives.
Sales Operations Management:
- Support the sales team by developing and implementing efficient sales processes and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
CRM Management:
- Utilize Zoho CRM for sales data management and reporting (prior experience desirable but not mandatory).
- Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and accurate, reflecting the current sales pipeline and customer information.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM usage as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales operations with technology solution providers.
- Prior experience with Zoho CRM is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
