Experience and Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Minimum of 15 years of analytics consulting and delivery experience, preferably within the Banking or Insurance (Life/P&C/Health) or Capital Markets.
Technical Skills: Proven experience in delivering data-driven projects or products built on cloud applications. Expertise in Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Engineering, and/or Artificial Intelligence is crucial.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and first-principles thinking.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire others and present to senior leadership/executives.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Client Partner to join our rapidly expanding startup. This individual will have a pivotal role in driving client outcomes across multiple engagements, owning the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) of each project, and facilitating account growth. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive technical understanding of data and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, Data Engineering, Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), along with a proven track record in account management and business expansion within the Financial Services Industry (FSIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their key business challenges and formulating solutions. Drive the development and delivery of solutions on consulting engagements with cross-functional teams.
Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technologies and suggest upgrades within our solution and product offerings. Leverage technical acumen across a range of AI, ML, and Data Engineering tools and platforms to assist clients in operationalizing advanced analytics solutions at an enterprise scale.
Project Management: Successfully manage multiple client projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Account Growth: Utilize cross-selling techniques to expand existing customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and generate revenue.
Strategic Planning: Construct strategic roadmaps that align with clients' visions, enabling them to leverage the power of AI, Engineering, and Design.
Business Development: Provide thought leadership in clients' business planning sessions, lead proposal and statement of work (SOW) development, and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and other external organizations.
Team Leadership: Build a highly engaged team, manage career progression, inspire colleagues, and create opportunities for growth.
