Job Description:
LUMIQ is seeking a seasoned Alliance Manager with 7-15 years of experience to foster and manage relationships with Azure. This role involves supporting markets in India, ASEAN, and the US. The Alliance Manager will be instrumental in aligning LUMIQ's strategies and GTM with our cloud partners. The alliance manager will also execute Business development tasks to drive mutual growth. If you have a solid background in working with Cloud Service Provider (Azure& Databricks) and possess excellent relationship management skills, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Alliances:
- Develop and maintain relationships with specific Cloud Service Providers (Azure & Databricks).
- Align LUMIQ's strategies and offerings with partner capabilities to drive mutual growth.
- Engage with partners at various levels to explore and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
Market Support:
- Support business development initiatives in India, ASEAN, and US markets.
- Identify and leverage partnership opportunities to enhance market presence and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings for specific market needs.
Business Development:
- Act as a Business Development Manager as required and work with larger Business Development team for identifying new business opportunities and building funnel
- Work closely with the sales team to leverage partner relationships for business expansion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
- Negotiate partnership agreements to achieve strategic objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, making recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 8-15 years of experience in alliance management or business development, preferably in the technology or BFSI sector.
- Prior experience working with at least one of the Cloud Service Providers: Azure & Databricks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
