- Experience in Indian and International Compliance.

- Formulating strategy and working closely with IP attorneys

- Contract Management and Litigation

- Including drafting, reviewing and negotiating with vendors.

- Working as spoc for departments like Manufacturing, HR etc.

- Drafting, vetting and negotiating high value contracts /NDA etc

- Execution of requirement of Due diligence / Data Compilation.

- Coordination with Auditors, Depositories, R&T Agents

- Coordinate with other function teams with respect to matters relating to Companies Act and all the compliances as applicable to the company
