Lumax Industries - SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with financial stakeholders and IT teams to capture and analyze requirements, translating these into effective SAP FICO solutions that are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

- Expert configuration of the SAP FICO module, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost and Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.

- Develop and maintain a strategic data architecture within the SAP FICO domain, focusing on data accuracy, governance, and compliance, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.

- Preparing master data related to FI, FI configuration(New plant/Company roll out) and Withholding tax and GST accounting

- Lead thorough testing of SAP FICO configurations and integration points, driving continuous improvement initiatives to refine functionality, enhance user experience, and optimize financial processes.

- Deliver comprehensive training sessions and support to end-users, ensuring proficient use of SAP FICO functionalities. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, integration designs, and data management protocols.

- Effectively manage SAP FICO projects, overseeing all phases from conception through to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope parameters.

Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting with a focus on asset accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, or similar areas.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization or MBA/PGDM from a recognized university.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical information effectively.
