- LLB+MBA
- Expertise in Employment Law and Risk Management
- Experienced in Policy Development and Compliance Audits
- Proven track record in Employee Relations and Investigations
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining end to end statutory compliance for on rolls and outsourced employees.
- Periodic audit of establishments and vendors records.
- Timely renewal of CLRA RC and Shops & Establishment registrations.
- Timely Documentation of periodic returns to authorities.
- Advocacy for Legal Notices, reply to concern authority.
- General awareness sessions on statutory compliance as & when required.
- Documentation for statutory records.
- To maintain HR Compliance Dashboard on monthly basis and talking to stakeholders for closure
