Talent Acquisition Expert - Delhi
Experience : 4 to 7 years
Your Daily Dose :
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening etc.)
- Coordinate and regular follow-up with candidates and stakeholders during the entire interview process till closure
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Supervise recruiting personnel
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Assist in employee retention and development
Your Ingredients :
- Graduate (BTech / BSc) & MBA (HR) preferred
- Well versed with Social media (as a user), should possess ability to articulate, persuade and present, must possess an analytical outlook with good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of stakeholder management
- Strong know-how of technical skills and latest market trends
- Go-getter with a multi-tasking and assertive approach
- Knowledge and expertise of handling end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Excellent understanding of various hiring platforms and search strings
- Knowledge of head hunting, using social networking sites for sourcing
