Sub Team - Enterprise Business Unit
Location - Delhi
Experience Required - 5 to 10 years
Job Purpose
- To develop and implement a marketing plan to support exponential sales growth in new verticals and geographies for the entire organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales and marketing of cyber security software product
- Must be willing to travel
- Recognizing needs of customers & market
- Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market
- To construct sales pitches and presentation
- To generate leads via various marketing channels including CxO's roundtables/digital marketing, etc. To be evaluated based on conversion of sales.
- To develop a Sales & Marketing Strategy
- To expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business
- Generate new business and raise awareness of company products
- Work closely with Management to identify appropriate go to market messaging for specific business sectors
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
- Work with primary & secondary data including leading industry reports to assess the addressable market size, market share and industry competitive positioning
Skills Required
- Should have done marketing for Cyber Security / IT Software and Services
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency - Ability to achieve high results on low budgets
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
Education Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E./BCA etc is mandatory, with a full time MBA degree
Working Conditions
- Monday to Friday with 1st Saturday working
