Role : Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - MYSORE ( we have multiple positions in Mysore - 1 No., BLR - 1-2 Nos, Mumbai - 1 No.)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Independently handle the Talent Acquisition requirements for a specific skill/s or Vertical/Horizontal Business Group, with specific number target.
2. Implement & manage the Sourcing Plan in consultation with Talent Acquisition Manager to attract applicants and to fill specific openings and effectively combining the potential strength of multi-channels - Job Portals, Employee Referrals, Placement Consultants, Networking & Miscellaneous (Advertisement/Direct Unsolicited).
3. Build, maintain industry/skill specific market intelligence for target-based hiring.
4. Screen profiles received for basic compliance with the job requirements defined in Manpower Requisition Form.
5. Submit pre-screened profiles to the hiring team.
6. Schedule & Coordinate with the hiring team for Technical Interviews of shortlisted candidates.
7. Conduct HR interviews and make compensation fitments & effectively presents offer to candidates.
8. Hand-hold potential employee until joining day.
9. Submit weekly status to Talent Acquisition management for progress update.
10. Ensure compliance to all company policies and other regulatory requirements.
WORK EXPERIENCE :
- 6-8 years- experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition function in IT/engineering services industry.
- Strong sourcing experience using multiple channels & networking.
- Should have handled medium to high volume hiring numbers.
EDUCATION :
- MBA/BE
- Excellent communication skills.
