Role and responsibilities:
a) Working with cross-functional teams - finance, legal, delivery and sales team
b) Developing finance processes and strategies to support a strategic alignment with Business operations and Corporate finance function on organization's goals & initiatives.
c) Analytics for the month and quarter end financial, performance tracking, Budgeting Vs. Forecasting, publishing operational performance by building reporting framework leveraging analytics team and driving best practices to ensure profitability.
d) Responsible for customer pricing submissions and related commercial terms and conditions response. Participate in client solution workshops, prepare and present financials during customer presentations.
e) Revenue governance by ensuring accurate revenue recognition aligned with the contractual T&C's, reviewing deal PNL, tracking them for closure to enable growth and meet forecast
f) Margin governance through cost take out initiatives which are systemic and sustainable
g) Working capital governance which will include unbilled reduction, timely invoicing, and collection, improving debt ageing and PDD.
h) Understand client financials, credit, spend information etc to develop and justify business case analysis and onboard them
i) Strong communication, can do attitude and proactive behaviour will be key to succeed
Qualification: Chartered Accountant / B.Com + MBA (Finance) from tier 1
