L&T - Senior Role - Internal Communications - Corporate Brand Management & Communications Department

- Develop and implement strategies for internal communication.

- Develop articles for in-house magazine and other communication medium.

- Oversee design, content and final proof reading/ editing.

- Update internal website hosted on LnTscape.

- Develop and circulate SPOT news, - We are in news etc.

- Support other ICs and BUs for their internal magazine, Town Hall etc.

- Implementing best practices of other organization.

- Leverage various internal communications media like mailers, LED, intranet, newsletter, blogs, chats, town halls, web casts, films, social media, physical spaces.

- Develop strong relationship with senior Executive and internal correspondents.

- Develop communications calendars of key messages.

- Showcase HR best practices at external forums. Participate in prestigious awards.

- Achieve films, photos, ad, newsletters etc.

- Ensure consistency of internal communications messages across all mediums, using globally approved messaging, logos, artwork, etc.
