L&T SuFin is a new digital B2B SME E-commerce initiative of Larsen & Toubro, which will leverage L&Ts deep knowledge and capabilities in Procurement (through its huge volume of annual procurement) and Logistics, Financing, and IT solutions in India. This platform is essentially a digital marketplace for SME buyers and sellers (mainly focused on construction and industrial products & services) to connect in an efficient manner, thereby enabling sellers to expand their sales reach, and for buyers to find required products and services at optimal cost and quality.
L&T-SuFin is building a world class team to service this business space in Ecommerce transactions, logistics for such transactions and finance for the SMEs.

Desired profile:
- Qualification: Engineering Graduate+ MBA. Any certification/diploma in Data Science/ Data
Analytics would be an added advantage.
- Work Location: Mumbai
- Experience: At least 6 years post qualification experience
- Stable career record.
- Preferred - Candidate who has worked with E -Commerce or allied analytic fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to track the Key Performance Indices for Business through dashboards
- Generate valuable business insights based on the platform data and research data be instrumental in creating marketing and operational efficiencies for scaling up business.
- Develop performance score cards using statistical tools to predict behavioral outcomes on
the platform.
- Generate insights using Buyer-seller behavior on platform. Build models like Customer segmentation, Buyer-seller segmentation, recommendation engine, etc.
- Collaborate with business, product, technology, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, & recommend system modifications.
- Select, configure, and implement analytics solutions.
- Define appropriate analytics models in addition to identifying and readying relevant data
sources for analysis
- Gradually lead and develop a team of data analysts & data scientists as per the
Organizations need.
- Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
- Keep abreast of industry news and trends.
- Design & implement research-based data collection.
Key Competencies:
- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Python, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, SAS, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc)
- Analytical Skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Attention to details.
- Problem solving aptitude
