Your Role - C&B Specialist

Your day at work will be like (Roles & Responsibilities):

- Good Understanding of Compensation structures and Statutory Benefits, as applicable

- Strong MS Excel and PPT Skills, should be able to create Excel formula driven dashboards/ present MIS Data on PPT is a Mandatory reqt

- Experience on Process automation on systems is preferable

- Understanding of Compensation Basic concepts

- Strong Communication skills

- Understanding of Success Factors or SAP modules

This job might be for you if you have the following skills (Skills, Experience)

- 5- 8 years of experience

- Stakeholder management for C&B processes in India

- Worked on various Market benchmarking initiatives of compensation and benefits for India

- Experience on C&B projects for Geo/ region

- Experience in Implementation/ Execution of Comp processes like appraisals, Increment and related Simulations, Variable pay planning/ payout (end to end implementation at Geo level)

- Created/ drafted Comp and Ben guidelines/ policies / SOP

- Data analysis and presentation exposure on EXCEL and PPT

You will stand out if you have the following (Good to have):
