Job Description :
- To drive efficient and effective C&B programs / activities for the organization.
- Partners with business to support their requirements and advises on organizational needs from an C&B perspective.
- Posses knowledge of compensation & benefits theories & applies skills to support C&B processes.
- C&B Analysis in Comp frameworks/modelling / Comp planning for India & APAC/ME
- Industry benchmarking - participating with Salary surveys
- Local industry intelligence
- Understanding of Job analysis/ Mercer methodology / LTI - ESOP / Incentive programs
- Data Analytics / Complex data analysis / Dashboards / MIS
- Process designing/ SOP creations / Policy drafting and formulation proposals
- Strong skills on MS -Excel/PPT and model designing.

- Deep understanding of job design and content.
- Advanced knowledge of C&B principles, practices, programs & systems with expert knowledge of HRIS and spreadsheet & PowerPoint applications
- Experience in working with Senior Management/Executive Leadership
