Responsibilities:
- Coordinates pipeline & OB measuring & forecasting used within the sales organization
- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning & tracking efforts
- Work closely with Sales Operations on all Account and Territory management, Order Bookings and Commission, and Comp Plans
- Work closely with Sales Operations, establish qualitatively and quantitate Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's) and Scorecards allowing sales leadership to take a pulse of each performance initiative
- As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders in practices, geo-Sales & SL sales teams
- Support Sales Leaders with analysis and reporting as required
- Works closely with sales heads to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
- Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
- Ensures compliance to enabling technologies, including the CRM, to field sales teams
- Monitors the assigned sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
Requirements:
- Management Degree required
- Sales Operations, Planning, and Analysis experience
- Work well in high pressure work environments with heavy workload and time constraints
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated to work both independently and collaboratively with team members delivering quality projects with aggressive timelines
- Understanding of Sales, Inside-Sales, Channels and supporting business functions
- Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience using reporting and analytics applications preferred
- Ability to liaise with all areas of the business
- Experience using CRM, Sales Enablement Software, and other related software/technology is a plus
