- Experience in Project Execution and Project Management

- Involved in Transformation initiatives

- Consulted or participated for at least one cycle of CMMi L5 assessment cycle

- Expertise in auditing projects for Process Compliance

- Design and Drive Transformation programs/initiatives for Client centricity, Value delivery or other identified goals using techniques like Agile, DevOps, Lean, Design thinking, Kanban.

- Continuous improvement in transformation process and tools

- Work with business in improving maturity of various foundational capabilities such as Project Management, Financial Management and Risk & Issue Management

- Conduct trainings and workshops for transformation

- Simplifying and digitizing services, solutions and processes with focus on agility and creativity

- Connect with industry and academia for branding, benchmarking, harvesting best practices and learnings

Mandatory skills:

Technical : 

- CMMi Dev V1.3 and CMMi SVC V1.3 framework

- ISO 9K, 20K, 27K
