Responsibilities:
1. Consulting experience (min 8+ year of experience) for clients in the Communications & Media industry, especially the Telecom sector
2. Responsible for end-to-end deal process: from designing response structure to proposal defense while ensuring customer ask is addressed at every step of deliverable
3. Anchor response to RFP/RFI/RFQ by working closely with Sales, Delivery, Practices for preparation & submission
4. Continuous focus on developing solutions, developing Go-to-Market, Partnership strategies
5. Professional experience in Customer Success Strategy teams of technology consulting companies working in the areas such as Growth Strategy, Business & Digital Transformation, Cost-Reduction etc.
6. In-depth knowledge of the current trends and drivers, with proficiency in articulating, economic, technological and business impacts on key sub-sectors
7. Working knowledge of concepts such as Customer Success, Digital Strategy and Transformation, Data & AI/ML for enterprise
8. Exposure to working in non-India geographies (preferably US) and/or interacting with global stakeholders
9. Preferred experience of engaging in strategic issues for senior-level clients including C-Suite executives
10. Building POV for customers & prospects
11. Develop marketing collaterals and contribute on Unit's brand building initiatives
12. Consultative mindset & thinking to help Sales team engage, sell, manage, and services customers
Required skills & competencies:
1. Strong understanding of Communications & Media business
2. Ability to convert business requirements to suitable technical solution
3. Proficient in technical solution documentation and ability to coordinate & integrate solutions from multiple technology practices
4. Ability to do proposal writing, bid management, effort estimation, presentation, proposal defense with customer
5. Has to be a proper task master with excellent skill on closing the task on time
6. Excellent Stakeholder Management skill - has to work with all function in organization; sales team, deal team, technical team, legal, commercial, corporate, client visit team etc.
7. Ability to identify & track best practices from other verticals
8. Excellent presentation, communication, documentation skills, with strong Proficiency in MS Office skill
9. Probing ability on right options - approach, solution etc.
10. Multitasker & ability to work under stringent timeline
11. Ability to understand client business objectives and align with the expectations
12. Strong awareness of digital technologies & transformation tracks
