Program Description:
Join - LTI irise- - LTI irise is a program designed to create the future Sales Leaders at LTI. A comprehensive 6 month training and onboarding program which involves mentoring by LTI Leaders and Industry Experts will be followed by allocation to one of our 7 business units in US, Europe and Asia Pacific for Account Management roles in our top global accounts.
Location:
Mumbai (Learning Program). May have to travel to different location in India for assignments.
Any LTI onsite location - US, Europe, Nordics, APAC (Actual Role)
Eligibility Criteria
- 2-6 years of work experience in sales
- Non-IT background
- Full time MBA in Sales & Marketing from IIM A, B, C, L, ISB-Hyderabad, XL-BM
Program Details:
- 7-8 weeks of classroom learning
- 18 weeks experiential stints
- Rigorous 3 level review process post completion of stints

Job Purpose : The primary responsibility of this role is Account Mining and enhancing relationships with key customers to ensure long term account association. The role requires in depth knowledge of technology and strategizing based on analysis of competition and market. To leverage LTI's strengths in addressing customer challenges in order to grow the account and minimize revenue outflow by ensuring compliance of company policy and guidelines.
